GÜNEŞ IS LOOKING FOR HER FOREVER HOME ☀️

Our paths crossed with Güneş in 2014, when she was four or five months old, sitting hungry and thirsty in the summer heat on an unsheltered balcony of a storage house. We have looked for a home for her from that day to this — but because people do not readily open their homes to the street dogs they call ‘ordinary’, Güneş has never had one.

Güneş may look tough, but she is a very playful, cheerful, excitable dog. When she sees you her tail swings so hard it sometimes catches you by mistake 🤭 She loves long walks and playing with water. Spend a little time with her and she decides you are the love of her life: she rises onto her hind legs every time she sees you, and smothers you in kisses when you come over 🥹

She can find it difficult to get along with other dogs. With patience and attention, though, that will not be hard to work through 😇

Güneş is eight now — she has already lived more than half the average life of a street dog, and we want her to spend what is left of it in a home with people who love her.

Eight years old, female and neutered.

She knows the basic commands.
