Write to us

Write to us about adopting, fostering, reporting an animal, or simply to ask something. Instagram is the fastest way to reach us: we read the messages ourselves, we are students, and sometimes we are a day or two behind.

In an emergency — an injured animal, or one whose life is in danger — do not wait for a reply. Call your district municipality’s veterinary unit and the nearest vet clinic first, then write to us.

Before you write

How does an adoption enquiry work?
Tell us which dog you are interested in and we will ask a few questions: who lives with you, whether you have lived with a dog before, how many hours a day the house is empty. It is not a test — it is about the right match. A wrong match comes back a few months later, and that is bad for everyone.
I have found an injured animal.
Call your municipality’s veterinary unit and the nearest vet clinic first, then send us the location and a photo. If it is in or near Beytepe we will do what we can, but we are a student society, not a 24-hour service.
I want to help — where do I start?
Becoming a foster supporter (regular monthly help) is the most useful thing today, because boarding and vet bills come round every month. A one-off donation helps too. So does sharing: a dog finding a home usually starts with one post.
